Feasibility and planning are a critical part of our work and, due to the length and cost of planning applications, we aim to research the feasibility of each project as much as possible before proceeding. We are able to work on all scales of application, such as entrance gates and satellite dishes or major applications for new build projects and major alterations.

We have considerable planning experience in conservation areas, particularly Hampstead Garden Suburb. Peter Ungar is a professional member of the St. John’s Wood Society Planning Committee and has first hand experience of planning issues affecting design and development within conservation areas.

Ungar Architects is also able to carry out feasibility studies for property portfolios to identify and maximize development potential and make best use of currently redundant space.
